Junior System Administrator
At least 2-years of work experience on a similar position;
* Highly experienced in Help Desk troubleshooting and problem-solving;
* Understanding the principles of the network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP), network, firewall;
* Experience working with JIRA/CONFLUENCE;
* Experience working with network equipment RB Mikrotik, Ubiquity Unifi etc.;
* Experience working with VMware, Hyper-V, KVM etc.;
* Experience in working with network equipment, purchase, configuration and support;
* Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, NPS, RADIUS etc.;
* Excellent problem-solving skills;
* Experience working wight JAMF PRO will be a great plus.
* English - Intermediate.

* Ability to describe technical information in easy-to-understand terms;
* Good communication skills.
Main responsibilities:
* Technical support for office and remote employees;
* Setting up new workstations for employees;
* Installation and configuration of software, office and network equipment;
* Configuration and administration of office networks;
* Control of user access to systems;
* Administration macOS, Windows, Linux;
* Purchase equipment;
* Inventory of IT equipment;
* Support internal Access Control System;
* Troubleshooting.
