Keyline Industries is a leading manufacturer of keys, key cutting machines and transponders. In addition, Keyline Industries is a unique manufacturer of Industrial automated machines for the security industry and home & building automation – through the brands ACS and Allmatic.

Per potenziamento del team assistenza tecnica stiamo cercando una figura che, riportando direttamente al responsabile, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:  

• Identificare problematiche sulle macchine duplicatrici
• Effettuare riparazioni
• Supportare telefonicamente e tramite web i clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche
• Gestire i ticket

Si richiede:

• Diploma in ambito tecnico
• Dimestichezza con gli strumenti da banco
• Conoscenza di sistemi di gestione dei ticket
• Preferibilmente esperienza in ambito assistenza tecnica/riparazione
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca sia parlata che scritta
• Curiosità e proattività
