This role requires working in the UK shift and occasional out-of-hours working to support customer interests.

Job Purpose: 

Kerv Digital is a leading provider of system implementation delivery. We are recruiting a Technical Principal to join our Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management team.   

The successful candidate will lead the technical delivery capability within Kerv Digital and be accountable for the technical delivery of our Microsoft Dynamics solutions with a focus on development good practice. They will ensure the technical team are trained in and deliver against this good practice.  

In addition, they will be a champion for adoption of good practice technical delivery using the Microsoft Dynamics platform tools, driving the adoption of efficient and discrete enhancement where appropriate within our clients.  

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own technical delivery capability within F&SCM practice  
  • Lead the design and development of good practice development that will enhance our clients Dynamics experience, give Kerv Digital unique capabilities and deliver accelerators  
  • Effectively promote the technical capabilities of Dynamics to our clients aiding further adoption throughout their business  
  • Lead the technical team and drive their professional development  
  • Define technical training needs within the team and coach other team members  
  • Identify technical capability development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered  
  • Work with the sales team to ensure our sales promises can be met through delivery  
  • High level understanding of Dynamics functional capability  
  • Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour  
  • Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary  
  • Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the line manager or their delegates  
  • In all activities, ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training 

 

 

Required Skills: 

  • 10+ Years in ERP delivery specific to Dynamics  
  • Track record of delivering enhancement, ISV’s and extensions leverage Power Platform in a Microsoft Dynamics deployment  
  • Delivery of multi-platform integrations  
  • Experience with Dynamics implementation in a technical architect role  
  • Experience of Microsoft Sure Step and Agile delivery methods  
  • Excellent skills and appropriate certification in technical capabilities of Dynamics and supporting technologies (MB-500, MB-700)  
  • Good understanding and capability to deliver Power Platform components including Dual-Write, Virtual entities, integrated Apps (OCR, Virtual entities etc)   
  • Good understanding of data and analytics and capability to support delivery  
  • Excellent understanding of Application Lifecycle   
  • Good understanding of the functional capabilities of Dynamics (MB-310, MB-320, MB-330) advantageous  
  • Able to advocate and demonstrate the tools and techniques used to enhance Dynamics to potential clients  
  • Leading a team, providing mentorship and ensuring professional development  
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills  
  • Translating business process maps to technical design and working with technical team to implement

  • Experience of large-scale ERP implementations  
  • Experience of mentoring junior staff  
  • Experience of working with remote teams  
  • Additional certifications:  
  • PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 an advantage  
  • AZ-104, AZ-305 or AZ-400 an advantage  
  • MB-310, MB-320, MB-330 an advantage  
  • AB-100 an advantage
