Role & responsibilities:
- Undertake the design, documentation, testing, UAT support, go live & post go live support of BC projects.
- To handle small & medium size projects (end to end) independently
- Working very closely with product owners to deliver a fit for purpose solution.
- Working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central
Required Experience & skills:
Essential:
- Dynamics NAV/BC full life cycle implementation experience
- Good Exposure in configuration and documenting customization.
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Experience of documenting technical approaches for user stories based on customer requirements and knowledge of the system
- Good Communication skills, Ability to work Independently and a Team player
- Good Project Management skills
- Ability to document customer requirements clearly & concisely
- Capability to manage workload and projects independently
Desirable:
- Ability to lead/lead with some guidance design workshops with customers
- Experience of writing good, concise user stories based on customer requirements
- Exposure in Business Central Upgrade Projects
- Experience with Jet Reports, Power BI, SQL, and/or SSRS added advantage.
- MB800 Business Central Functional Consultant Qualification
- Functional Knowledge on variety of modules in BC
