About the role:

Kelp is building the financial layer where capital moves, earns, and settles on-chain. We're live with rsETH, Gain Vaults, and launching KUSD, a stablecoin backed by real-world trade finance. We're a small, fast team and the social function is currently punching below its weight. This role fixes that.

You'll own day-to-day publishing across X, LinkedIn, Binance Square, and CoinMarketCap, and act as the connective tissue between KOL, DeFi, Growth, and Creative.

What you'll do

Publishing and content operations

• Own the publishing calendar across all four platforms: X (@KelpDAO), LinkedIn, Binance Square, CoinMarketCap
• Write first drafts of posts across formats: launch announcements, product explainers, campaign content, engagement copy
• Localise tone by platform (X is punchy and native; LinkedIn is positioned for TradFi and institutional eyes; Binance Square targets the BNB community; CMC is signal-led)
• Schedule, post, monitor, report

Cross-functional coordination

• Work closely with the KOL team to brief creators, track deliverables, and align timing with campaign phases
• Coordinate with DeFi Growth on incentive campaigns, protocol integrations, and co-marketing drops
• Act as the brief-writer and feedback loop for Creative, translating campaign strategy into visual and copy briefs
• Flag community sentiment and product feedback back into the relevant teams

Creative thinking

• Bring ideas for formats, memes, hooks, and reactive content, not just execution
• Help evolve Kelp's visual and copy language across platforms
• Think in campaigns, not just posts

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years in social media or content for a crypto protocol, exchange, or DeFi product
• You've posted for an X account with 100K+ followers and understand what makes a thread work
• Comfortable in the DeFi native vocabulary (restaking, stablecoins, RWA, TVL) without needing it explained
• Clear writer. Short sentences. No fluff.
• Organised enough to track KOL deliverables, campaign timelines, and cross-team briefs without dropping the ball
• Bonus: Experience on Binance Square or CMC communities specifically

What good looks like in this role

Six months in, you're running the calendar without being chased, KOL briefs go out on time, the Growth team treats you as a peer, and Kelp's social presence is visibly sharper than when you started.
