Hello👋I am Idan, Growth & Revenue Lead at Kayzen, and I am now looking for a Programmatic Trader  to join our global team 🙌

In this role, you will be responsible for improving campaign performance, scaling and offering clients hands-off approach freeing their internal resources.

The Team

The Trading team is responsible for creating growth through the management and optimization of mobile performance advertising campaigns for clients utilizing the managed service offering. The goal of the team is to deliver on the client's objectives through established or new trading best practices and communicate account status regularly and effectively with their CSM counterparts.  Sounds interesting, doesn't it?

The Role

As our Programmatic Trader, your primary focus will be to:

  1. Improving campaign performance & scale
  2. Leveraging extensive platform knowledge proximity to the internal product team, expediting resolving issues and enhancing features necessary for better campaign performance.
  3. Finding opportunities for growth within existing accounts and taking ownership of championing new ideas internally.
  4. Retain clients through excellent campaign management. 

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-Day Trading Management- Oversee daily trading activities across multiple advertisers.
  • Campaign fulfillment including trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
  • Advanced Analytics
  • Work closely with account management and business development teams to develop a trading strategy based on product knowledge and best practices.
  • Independently manage multiple accounts, identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Collaborate proactively across departments to meet the expectations of the client:
  • Test new creative variations with Creative Solutions.
  • Collaborate with Supply to ensure campaign success.
  • Work rapidly with product support to identify and resolve issues affecting client spend and performance. 

Requirements

  • 3+ year of programmatic buying experience, in-app experience preferred
  • Strong Data analysis, and ability to back up decisions with data
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Solution orientation and drive to succeed
  • Strong communicator and collaborator
