The team
The team is highly motivated and aligned in our quest to disrupt the multi-billion dollar ad-tech industry. You will work with a carefully selected, diverse and globally distributed team from customer success, engineering, data science, design, product and more.
Responsibilities
As our Product Analyst, your primary focus will be to analyze the product data and solve product-related issues. You will be interacting a lot with the engineering and customer success team on various product topics. Apart from your primary focus, we expect you to have a growth mindset on contributing to Kayzen’s success.
- Apply a broad range of analytical techniques to derive actionable insights from rich data
- Work closely with the product team as a data-driven advisor and partner on strategic issues
- Go-to person to analyze, debug and solve product issues
- Go deep into complex customer issues, collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide solutions
- Manage and resolve Business Intelligence requests, develop tools to automate critical requests
- Become a product and domain expert in RTB (Real-time bidding)
- Conduct data analysis and provide ideas for product and process improvement
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of industry experience.
- Excellent SQL skills: experience in querying large, complex data sets
- A willingness to dive deep, challenge the status quo and get things done
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality of output
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for creating great products and experiences for our customers
- High levels of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities, a self-starter with goal-driven focus
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Behavior: Focusing on customer needs, know-how in setting priorities in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and showing the necessary resilience.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to details and diligent working style
Must- haves
- Ad Tech Experience: Prior experience in the ad tech industry
- Data Analysis: Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL.
