Type of contract: Permanent
Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office
The role
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns, fostering cross-functional collaboration, enabling sales support, and tracking and analyzing marketing efforts. This individual will be instrumental in reaching brand targets, generating demand, and supporting the overall business objectives through meticulous execution of B2B marketing strategies. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and works closely with the Sr Brand Marketing Manager and is a pivotal part of the team!
As a Brand Marketing Manager your day-to-day work will look like:
Brand Activation
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of marketing campaigns in line with strategy/plan,
- Coordinate the development of content and creatives, manage campaign tactics, and lead internal and external distribution of all assets
- Collaborate with external agency, media partners, and vendors to execute paid initiatives effectively
- Leverage various marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media, to maximize reach and impact.
- Drive Kambi's esports and Frontend marketing plans, content creation, and SEO optimisation
- Work closely with internal teams, including the other Marketing sub-teams, IR, Sales, and Partner Success, to ensure alignment and integration of brand marketing efforts across the organization.
Sales Support
- Support the Marketing teams to enable Sales with the necessary assets and information according to agreed plan.
- Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, and competitive analysis.
- Coordinate Events together with the Marketing teams to optimize on-site presence and pre-/post-event activities
Tracking and Analysis
- Coordinate tracking mechanisms to measure the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify relevant campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Coordinate the creation of regular reports on Brand performance, aiming to provide actionable insights and recommendations across the business
- Utilize marketing analytics tools and platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
You’ll be a great fit for the role, if you have the following:
- Experienced B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize all relevant digital channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.

- Sports betting: An understanding of sports betting and/or esports is an advantage
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and business needs
