Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Monitor active customer accounts and interactions.
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback and usage data to enhance customer experience.
2. Financial Management
- Oversee and manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Supervise the end-to-end AP process including invoice verification, approvals, and timely payments.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting requirements.
- Liaise with the accounting team for financial reconciliation and audits.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
3. Operational Support
- Coordinate and optimize internal operational processes.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Manage and organize administrative tasks and company documentation.
4. Technical & Analytical Support
- Leverage technical skills to optimize operational accounting tools and software.
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Your experience & skillset to navigate success:
- 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles, ideally in SaaS or Scaleup environments.
- Proven experience managing AR, AP, or general accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
