Your mission

As we scale, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive QA Analyst to ensure the reliability and quality of our applications. You will play a critical role in testing new features, identifying bugs, and ensuring seamless user experiences across our solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company that is setting new standards in the maritime space. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for web and progressive web applications
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX designers to understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Identify, document, and track functional, performance and usability issues
  • Perform Integration, functional, regression, acceptance, exploratory, smoke testing across devices and browsers
  • Participate in SCRUM rituals to align QA activities with product goals
  • Continuously improve test coverage, tools, and processes to enhance overall product quality
  • Contribute to the maintenance and development of automated test suites using modern frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and performance standards where applicable
  • Take ownership of the product quality standards

Your skillset to navigate success:

  • 5+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test plans, bug reporting and best practices
  • Experience with web and mobile application testing (iOS and Android)
  • Experience with backlog and test case management systems (e.g. Jira, TestRail) as well as familiarity with testing tools (e.g. Postman, BrowserStack)
  • Solid understanding of SCRUM development practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and communication skills
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright)
  • Familiarity with maritime or industrial software systems
  • Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
