Your mission

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Maritime roles. You will play a key role in building a high-performance team while fostering a strong employer brand.

Your skillset to navigate success:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle hiring for key roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring we attract top talent in SaaS, logistics, and maritime industries.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Strengthen Kaiko Systems’ employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Advise hiring managers on role requirements, selection criteria, and best hiring practices.
  • Recruitment Analytics: Track hiring metrics, optimize the recruitment process, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Streamline, automate and enhance recruitment workflows, implementing best practices for scaling teams efficiently.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to attract and hire diverse talent, ensuring an inclusive hiring process.

Your Profile

  • Experience: 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in SaaS, startups and scaleups
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the SaaS, logistics, or maritime sectors is a plus.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates across various functions (Tech, Sales, Marketing, Operations).
  • Process-Driven: Experience in optimizing recruitment processes and working with ATS tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Recruitee, Ashby).
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to track recruitment KPIs and translate insights into actions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills to work closely with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Employer Branding: Experience in strengthening employer brands through content, events, and networking.
  • Language: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
