Corporate Security Manager

Remote, Europe

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Security Manager to lead and develop our Corporate Security function. You will oversee internal investigations, fraud prevention, employee-related security risks, and physical security across our international operations, while leading a team of specialists and strengthening security processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Corporate Security operating model, priorities, team development, methods, case quality and ordinary domain escalations within delegated authority
  • Manage case intake, prioritisation and assignment; maintain clear evidence requirements, interview coordination, decision logs, review standards and closure records
  • Lead selected complex or sensitive investigations into insider misuse, privileged abuse, trading/admin-system misuse, finance/payment misuse and sensitive operational fraud
  • Guide the Corporate Security Analyst's investigation and OSINT work and coordinate customer-account evidence handoffs with Customer Support, without assuming unassigned account-containment or recovery authority
  • Oversee the separate Background Screening Specialist and align sensitive-role screening with HR, Talent Acquisition and Legal, with clear findings, limitations and decision routes
  • Direct the priority employee-misuse control programme across Trading and Finance. Agree data requirements and dependencies with system owners, DevOps and Data; review findings with Risk & Dealing, Back Office, Finance and Legal
  • Track control gaps, recurring patterns, remediation commitments and formal risk decisions; verify evidence of action and escalate overdue critical issues or unresolved ownership disputes
  • Oversee the physical-security baseline and local specialists for the agreed offices, including access-control and CCTV governance, evidence access, site assessments and incident escalation. Approve corporate-security standards and low/medium physical or travel controls within delegated limits
  • Coordinate relevant travel, executive-safety, crisis and continuity risks with the responsible specialists and leaders. Support BCP exercises and follow-up within the agreed programme; business owners retain business-recovery accountability and system owners execute technical recovery
  • Partner with Cyber Defense on technical evidence and incident interfaces; technical cyber incident response and digital forensics remain with the authorised Cyber Defense specialists
  • Recommend high-risk investigation decisions, crisis decisions, high-risk controls and major resilience investments through the appropriate approval path. Escalate executive-safety threats, material legal exposure and business-continuity crises to CISO/CEO
  • Provide accessible case and evidence records, defined handovers and an independent escalation route for cases involving relevant leadership. Routine cases remain with delegated case owners; sensitive exceptions follow the approved review path

Requirements

  • Lead sensitive internal investigations from intake and scope definition through evidence review, interviews, findings, escalation and documented closure; distinguish an indicator, a corroborated fact and an allegation.
  • Assess insider misuse, privileged business-system abuse and control bypasses using authorised records, activity histories, approval chains and business context; define the specialist or technical support needed for a defensible conclusion.
  • Design proportionate case-management, evidence-handling, confidentiality, access-control and decision-log practices that another authorised reviewer can follow.
  • Translate investigation findings into risk-based control improvements, accountable remediation actions and follow-up with business and system owners.
  • Set priorities, delegate routine case ownership, coach specialists, review case quality and manage workload across distinct investigation, screening, internal-control and physical-security profiles.
  • Work effectively with HR and Legal on sensitive employee and screening cases, preserving factual reporting, appropriate review and the limits of security decision authority.
  • Assess physical-security baseline findings covering office access, CCTV governance, evidence access and incident escalation; prioritise specialist action without assuming the role of every local system administrator.
  • Produce concise management reports on case status, material findings, recurring control weaknesses, action aging, decisions and unresolved dependencies; coordinate crisis and continuity issues with the responsible owners.

Will Be A Plus

  • Experience in fintech, brokerage, trading, payments or another sensitive financial-operating environment, including employee-misuse controls.
  • Practical OSINT, link-analysis, screening or electronic-record review experience that improves investigation supervision.
  • Experience coordinating physical-security programmes across more than one office or country, or supporting crisis and continuity exercises.
  • Relevant investigation, fraud, security-management or continuity training/certification.

We offer

  • 20 paid vacation days per year
  • 10 paid sick leave days per year
  • Public holidays as per the company’s approved Public holiday list
  • Medical budget
  • Opportunity to work remotely
  • Professional education budget
  • Language learning budget
  • Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
