Licensing Project Specialist

As we continue to grow and expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Licensing Specialist to support our legal operations across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles within FinTech, Crypto, FX, or Payments
• Practical experience managing end-to-end licensing projects — from regulatory analysis and documentation preparation to obtaining licenses and launching operations Ability to conduct regulatory research and interpret requirements from different regulators
• High level of ownership, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple processes with strict deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and ability to independently solve complex regulatory challenges
• English proficiency sufficient for working with international consultants, legal documentation, and regulatory materials

Responsibilities

• End-to-end licensing project management: manage financial licensing processes across different jurisdictions — from analyzing regulatory requirements and selecting the optimal approach to obtaining licenses and launching operations
• Regulatory research & jurisdiction analysis: conduct in-depth research of regulatory requirements, including licensing requirements, corporate structures, substance requirements, tax considerations, and operational limitations
• Licensing documentation preparation & management: coordinate document collection (including apostilles and corporate documents), prepare and control submission-ready document packages according to regulatory deadlines
• External advisors & stakeholder coordination: communicate with local lawyers, consultants, registration agents, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of all licensing stages
• Corporate structuring & compliance support: analyze existing structures, prepare and adapt corporate documents, AML/CFT policies, Risk Management frameworks, and other internal policies according to regulatory requirements
• Banking & PSP onboarding: support corporate bank account opening processes, communicate with banks, EMIs, and PSPs, prepare KYB documentation, and ensure payment infrastructure readiness
• Licensing launch management: ensure business readiness after license approval — including accounts, PSP integrations, internal processes, and client onboarding flows.
• Stakeholder management: independently coordinate communication with regulators, external consultants, and internal teams throughout licensing projects
