SMM & UGC Specialist

JustMarkets is looking for an SMM & UGC Specialist to join our Marketing team and develop our social media presence across international markets.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, developing engaging content, and building a systematic UGC process. You'll work with creators and local Marketing Managers across different GEOs, adapt content to local audiences, and use social media insights to continuously improve our SMM strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence across X/Twitter, Telegram, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute content plans aligned with marketing campaigns, product updates, market events, and relevant social media trends.
• Adapt content, visuals, messaging, and tone of voice to different platforms, target audiences, and GEOs.
• Build and manage the end-to-end UGC process, including creator sourcing and selection, communication, briefing, coordination, and final content delivery.
• Generate and research content ideas for social media, including short-form video, educational, entertaining, trend-driven, and market-related formats.
• Create clear briefs and collaborate with designers, motion designers, content teams, creators, and other stakeholders on content production.
• Create and adapt social media content using CapCut and Canva when needed.
• React to relevant trends, market events, news, and other content opportunities in a timely manner.
• Monitor social media performance, including audience growth, reach, engagement, and content performance, and use insights to improve the SMM strategy.
• Work closely with local Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to adapt social media activities to different international markets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SMM experience managing and growing brand social media channels across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on experience with UGC and creator management, including sourcing, selection, communication, briefing, and coordination.
• Experience working with international B2C audiences across LATAM, MENA, and/or APAC markets.
• Experience with CapCut and Canva for social media content creation and adaptation.
• Experience creating clear briefs for designers, content teams, and creators.
• Experience with professional SMM tools for social media management, trend monitoring, creator research, and performance tracking.
• Experience with task management and CRM tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
• Strong social media analytics skills and ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of tasks and results.
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher.

Will be a plus

• Understanding of CFD trading and financial markets.
• Understanding of trader psychology, terminology, and the specifics of communicating with retail trading audiences.
• Experience independently scripting, recording, and editing short-form video content.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of international financial advertising and promotion requirements.
• Experience with GA4 and UTM tracking.
• Previous experience in B2C FinTech, Crypto, Trading, Gaming, or other fast-paced digital industries.
