Solutions Architect

We invite you, a highly motivated and results-oriented Solutions Architect, to join our team full-time for ensuring solutions, as well as strengthening the product.

Responsibilities

• Design the full architecture of the core platform and its supporting systems
• Make key technical decisions on the technology stack, infrastructure, and overall system design with minimal oversight
• Lead and contribute to the initial production-ready implementation
• Establish engineering standards, development practices, and a high bar for code quality across the team
• Contribute to hiring efforts, including technical evaluations as the team expands
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems or backend engineering
• Experience with high-performance or financial systems (exchanges, brokers, or trading platforms)
• Strong systems programming background: concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of network protocols: TCP/UDP, WebSocket, FIX
• Experience with asynchronous programming patterns and runtime frameworks (e.g. tokio, asyncio, goroutines, or equivalent)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data stores
• Familiarity with distributed systems design principles

Will be a plus

• Commercial experience with Rust
