Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruiting unit. If you are a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn recruitment metrics into a competitive advantage, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment unit, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure high-quality hires and professional growth within the team.
  • Effectively manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on pipeline health and recruitment flow effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment metrics and analytics to ensure all activities and deliverables align with established KPIs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize Talent Acquisition processes and candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners within the Fintech industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in end-to-end recruitment, with at least 1 year of experience managing a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A goal-oriented "doer" who isn't afraid to dive into the details while maintaining a high-level strategy.
  • In-depth expertise in sourcing and hiring quality candidates across various levels.
  • Exceptional project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • A self-starter who can navigate ambiguity and shift priorities in a dynamic business landscape.
  • A critical thinker focused on continuous improvement and high responsiveness (client-centric approach).
