Client Relationship Specialist (Malaysia)

Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads and understand their needs to drive new activations
- Provide tailored product/service walkthroughs and presentations based on customer requirements
- Address objections and guide prospects through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start in trading
- Encourage customer commitment to actively use our products or services
- Document customer interactions and update relevant details in the company’s CRM system
- Participate in ongoing training on company offerings, processes, and personal skill development (e.g., read books, follow industry blogs)
- Meet and strive to exceed KPI targets
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in a Customer Service, Support and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus
- Ability to study new information and adapt to new spheres quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and skill development
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients
- High level of integrity and dependability
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
- Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
- Fluent proficiency in English and Malay
