Client Relationship Specialist (Malaysia)

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads and understand their needs to drive new activations
  • Provide tailored product/service walkthroughs and presentations based on customer requirements
  • Address objections and guide prospects through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start in trading
  • Encourage customer commitment to actively use our products or services
  • Document customer interactions and update relevant details in the company’s CRM system
  • Participate in ongoing training on company offerings, processes, and personal skill development (e.g., read books, follow industry blogs)
  • Meet and strive to exceed KPI targets

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a Customer Service, Support and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus
  • Ability to study new information and adapt to new spheres quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and skill development
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
  • Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Malay
