Key Account Manager Clients (Vietnam)

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing their needs with the highest priority
- Handle client requests efficiently and keep clients informed about company activities events and opportunities
- Build and expand a portfolio of clients by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones
- Strategically contact inactive clients to re-engage and convert them into active clients
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry market trends and competitive landscape
- Understand each client's unique business activities needs and goals to provide tailored solutions
- Assist clients in increasing their Lifetime Value (LTV) and achieving new milestones of success
- Identify and qualify potential clients guiding them through the onboarding process to meet company standards
- Achieve and strive to exceed KPI targets set by management
- Continuously seek opportunities to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Commit to ongoing learning to enhance industry knowledge personal skills and professional expertise
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the financial services industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles, including retail and institutional clients
- Strategic vision for Business Development with a holistic approach to market opportunities
- Demonstrated success in proactive sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving results
- High ethical standards, integrity, and dependability in professional conduct
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multilingual, and global environment
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build alignment within the organization
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
