Key Account Manager Clients (Vietnam)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients addressing their needs with the highest priority
  • Handle client requests efficiently and keep clients informed about company activities events and opportunities
  • Build and expand a portfolio of clients by acquiring new clients and growing relationships with existing ones
  • Strategically contact inactive clients to re-engage and convert them into active clients
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the industry market trends and competitive landscape
  • Understand each client's unique business activities needs and goals to provide tailored solutions
  • Assist clients in increasing their Lifetime Value (LTV) and achieving new milestones of success
  • Identify and qualify potential clients guiding them through the onboarding process to meet company standards
  • Achieve and strive to exceed KPI targets set by management
  • Continuously seek opportunities to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
  • Commit to ongoing learning to enhance industry knowledge personal skills and professional expertise

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels and with diverse client profiles, including retail and institutional clients
  • Strategic vision for Business Development with a holistic approach to market opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in proactive sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving results
  • High ethical standards, integrity, and dependability in professional conduct
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, multilingual, and global environment
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions and build alignment within the organization
  • Proficient in English and Vietnamese
