Key Account Partners Team Lead (Vietnam)

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team by providing onboarding, training, and continuous coaching. Set clear expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and growth
- Track and report on KPIs, providing data-driven insights to improve team effectiveness and identify areas for process enhancements
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging client needs, key competitors, and regulatory shifts, gathering data to support strategic decision-making
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, develop customized approaches for each client, and ensure team efforts are directly linked to revenue growth goals
- Actively engage with partners to understand their unique needs, resolve issues promptly, and enhance trust, ensuring long-term partnerships
- Craft tailored proposals and presentations that address specific client pain points and outline the value of the company’s offerings, driving buy-in for partnerships
- Lead negotiations with partners, focusing on securing mutually beneficial agreements and closing contracts that meet revenue targets and strategic objectives
- Identify and cultivate strategic alliances that will expand the company’s distribution network and increase brand presence in market
- Continuously monitor and analyze shifts in customer preferences, competitor activities, and technology developments to proactively adjust business strategies
- Regularly review and ensure that all business practices and activities comply with local regulatory standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in team management, including onboarding and training new team members
- Proven ability to evaluate and assess team performance for continuous improvement
- Proven experience in building partnership with a strong understanding of advanced techniques
- Basic marketing experience, including knowledge of social media advertising strategies
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing performance reports to drive informed decisions
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent proficiency in English and Vietnamese
