Head of HR (Relocation to Malaysia)

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to drive and elevate our hiring efforts across various levels. Lead and grow both recruiters and HR pros, build a high-performing people team, and shape world-class hiring & HR operations in a fast-growing international company. Full relocation to Malaysia

Responsibilities

• Design and execute HR initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives to drive sustainable growth
• Build and enhance hiring strategies to scale our teams effectively in line with market demands
• Oversee all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring efficiency and a positive employee experience
• Ensure all HR practices meet Malaysian labor laws and align with company policies
• Plan and manage the HR budget to effectively support strategic initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and grow the HR team, encouraging collaboration and professional development

Requirements

• Strong expertise in HR processes, compliance, and industry best practices
• Skilled in HRM systems, Compensation & Benefits, and budget management
• Excellent command of English for professional communication
• Direct people management experience with 10+ specialists in the team
• Hands-on HR expertise in a fast-growing company that scaled from 500 to 1000 employees within one year
• Advanced English proficiency
