Develop and implement a strategic vision for our mobile and trading products that aligns with the company’s rapid growth objectives
Lead the development and enhancement of mobile trading platforms, integrating advanced trading functionalities and user-centric designs
Collaborate with engineering, design, and trading teams to deliver seamless and high-performing mobile experiences
Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor strategies
Gather and analyse customer feedback and usage data to inform product improvements and innovation
Improve the user experience by creating simple and user-friendly UI/UX designs and features that boost trader engagement and satisfaction
Utilise analytics and A/B testing to continuously refine and optimise the mobile and trading products
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on company growth
Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and increased trading activity through mobile platforms
Ensure all products comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment on product goals
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of product milestones
Prioritise product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and market demands

At least 5 years of product management experience, with 2 years in mobile applications and trading platforms within the financial services industry
Deep understanding of forex, CFDs, and the needs of retail traders
Proven track record of driving significant growth and delivering successful mobile and trading products in the CFD or forex markets
Strong proficiency in product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira)
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional qualifications is a plus
Fluent or at least Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
