Clients Relationship Specialist- South Africa

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, able to interact effectively with different types of customers
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Integrity and reliability, with the ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans

Responsibilities:

• Identifying leads' needs to make more new activations
• Brief product/service walkthrough and presentation to potential customers based on their needs
• Securing a commitment from the customer to begin using our products 
• Keeping track of customer interactions and updating the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information
• Receiving training on the company's products, services, and sales processes
• Reaching KPI targets set by the manager
