Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our organisation. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting who can bring creativity and energy to our team. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your expertise in evaluating candidates and your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to your success.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in non-tech roles
  • Strong experience in candidate evaluation and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level)
  • A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruiting cycles with ease
  • Experience working in an international environment with diverse priorities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for both candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline through proactive market research, active search methods, and strong relationship management
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to find the perfect match in terms of skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to manage expectations and deliver exceptional results
  • Focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience, with clear, timely communication every step of the way

 

Will be a plus:

  • Expertise in international markets and familiarity with ATS systems like GreenHouse
  • HR-related education
