Intellectual Property Lawyer

Due to the product growth we are currently looking for experienced and results-driven Intellectual Property Lawyer who will be responsible for safeguarding the company's intellectual property (IP) and brand protection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trademark and copyright searches to identify potential conflicts.
• Manage the trademark and copyright registration process.
• Monitor trademark and copyright usage for infringement.
• Enforce trademark and copyright rights through cease-and-desist letters, litigation, or other legal means.
• Monitor online marketplaces and social media for unauthorized use of the company's brand.
• Respond to online infringement and brand disparagement.
• Develop strategies to protect the company's online reputation.
• Draft and negotiate contracts related to intellectual property.
• Stay up-to-date on intellectual property laws and regulations.
• Advise the company on all matters related to brand protection.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and business development, to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in intellectual property law, preferably with a focus on brand protection.
• Strong understanding of trademark, copyright, and other relevant intellectual property laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with publishing of Apps in Google Play and App Store (will be a plus).
