Regional Marketing Specialist

Due to product growth, we are currently looking for a results-driven Regional Marketing Specialist. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Conduct market research and competitive analyses for Italy and the EU, creating innovative campaign strategies
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic
  • Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity; respond promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and support lead generation
  • Oversee marketing and branding efforts in Italy and the EU
  • Work with the compliance team to explore new marketing opportunities within regulatory standards
  • Provide dashboards and analytics, continuously monitoring traffic and campaign performance
  • Manage regional marketing spend to align with strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in digital marketing and client acquisition
  • Experience with Italian and EU markets in Broker/Financial Services/FinTech/Gaming/Insurance
  • Strong design skills for creating engaging content
  • Proficient in Miro, Canva, and social media management
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Italian
  • Ability to develop effective marketing strategies
  • Skilled in engaging with online communities
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword research

 

  • Digital Advertising (will be a plus): Manage accounts on search platforms (e.g., Google AdWords). Handle keyword selection and audience targeting. Identify and deliver new campaign opportunities. Lead negotiations with digital agencies and monitor their performance
  • Location (will be a plus): If candidate is based in Milano, Italy
  • Knowledge (will be a plus): Understanding of CFDs
