Key Account Specialist (Clients)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main link between the company and clients
- Build and manage a diverse portfolio of clients (Basic, Middle, High Value) by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships
- Maintain client relationships and coordinate the resolution of issues
- Reactivate inactive clients and convert them into active users
- Assist new and existing clients in increasing their Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Identify potential clients and qualify them to specific levels
- Achieve KPI targets set by the manager
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in managing and nurturing client accounts
- Expertise in identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term clients
- Ability to oversee and grow a diverse client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain accurate records
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Fluent proficiency in English and Hindi is required
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to work effectively within a team, fostering a collaborative environment and sharing best practices
