Business Development Manager (Italian Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand our market share in Italy
- Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements and align with company standards
- Coordinate with back-office teams to seamlessly integrate new partners into the corporate back-office system
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes in the CFD trading landscape to adjust strategies accordingly
- Promote the company’s products and services, staying up to date with the latest offerings
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Actively participate in marketing activities and lead generation efforts
- Proactively work to retain and reactivate partners and clients
- Assist in client onboarding and convert leads to clients as necessary
- Travel to conferences and business meetings as required
Requirements:
- Native Italian language is required, and fluent English is a must
- An excellent understanding of CFDs
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales/business development role
- Italian CFD market experience is a must
- Understanding of regulatory restrictions
- Client focused with excellent customer service and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Ability to influence and persuade a mutually beneficial outcome for the company and the client
- Dynamic, self-motivated, competitive, and strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
