
Performance Specialist

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate assignment and unassignment of leads, clients, and partners to the relevant team members in the CRM system
- Prepare regular performance reports and analytics for the Business Development Department, including data on lead generation, trading volumes, conversion rates, and client/partner retention
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations
- Conduct detailed data analysis and present actionable insights using Google Sheets
- Stay informed on CRM, analytics, and business development best practices to ensure continuous improvement
- Collaborate with BI and cross-functional teams to automate workflows, build dashboards, and optimize performance tracking using data tools and reporting systems
Requirements
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role (CRM, Business Operations, Data/Performance Analyst, Optimization Manager, etc.)
- Experience in managing CRM tools and understanding how they support each stage of the funnel
- Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in working with large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation logic)
- Ability to work independently on problem-solving and process optimization
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian/Russian (both written and spoken)
Will be a plus
- Experience with CRM systems (CRM Dynamics 365 or others)
- Experience working in fintech companies
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI systems
- Experience working with VOIP telecom providers/telephony software for sales
