Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate assignment and unassignment of leads, clients, and partners to the relevant team members in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with BI and cross-functional teams to define tasks, track performance, implement dashboards, and automate metric tracking

  • Prepare regular performance reports and analytics for the Business Development Department, including data on lead generation, trading volumes, conversion rates, and client/partner retention

  • Establish and maintain benchmarks and KPIs for the Business Development team

  • Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline operations

  • Build and optimize CRM funnels to improve both client and partner engagement flows

  • Conduct detailed data analysis and present actionable insights using Google Sheets or Excel

  • Participate in the automation of repetitive tasks and workflows using formulas, data tools, and reporting systems

  • Stay informed on CRM, analytics, and business development best practices to ensure continuous improvement

  • Maintain a hands-on approach with operational tasks until automation is achieved

Requirements

  • Previous hands-on experience in a similar role (CRM, Business Operations, Data/Performance Analyst, Optimization Manager, etc.)

  • Strong analytical mindset with proven skills in working with large datasets

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and basic automation logic)

  • Experience in collaborating with BI teams or analysts to design and implement data dashboards

  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales funnel mechanics

  • Ability to work independently on problem-solving and process optimization

  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for data accuracy and operational reliability

  • Proactive and solution-driven approach, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian/Russian (both written and spoken)

Will be a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems (CRM Dynamics 365 or others)
  • Experience working in fintech companies
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI systems
  • Experience working with VOIP telecom providers/telephony software for sales
