Responsibilities

  • As a Product Manager Team Lead, your primary role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Engineering to identify significant growth opportunities. You will work with them to transform ideas into projects and lead or guide these projects to successful outcomes. This may include aspects like pricing strategies, product packaging, market positioning, purchase experiences, and both initial and ongoing customer onboarding;
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of product managers;
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV);
  • Identify underperforming segments through product statistics and provide insights to increase LTV;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the user funnel;
  • Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short-term and long-term goals;
  • Collaborate closely with the analytics team to develop a robust product reporting system;
  • Formulate hypotheses and oversee A/B testing initiatives (including UI tests, price elasticity tests, etc.);
  • Promote new product features and mechanics;
  • Engage in customer development, analyze NPS (Net Promoter Score), and gather CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) feedback;
  • Optimize conversion rates by enhancing the user interface and user experience.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in product teams with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software to a global customer base;
  • Proven management experience in leading a team of product managers;
  • A deep passion for business growth, with a keen understanding of key performance indicators and a commitment to constant tracking and improvement;
  • Proficiency in conducting A/B and A/A tests, along with a strong grasp of data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Power BI, or equivalents. Ability to draw meaningful insights independently from data;
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Axure, Figma, Balsamiq, or equivalents;
  • A strong interest in staying up-to-date with the latest ideas, patterns, and trends in online business growth strategies. An eagerness to share and discuss these insights with colleagues;
  • Excellent communication skills, including an upper-intermediate level of English;
  • A growth mindset, a willingness to take ownership of challenges, and a passion for building innovative products.
