Talent Acquisitions Specialist (Malaysia)
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with hiring managers to attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain job postings on various job boards.
- Source relevant profiles through multiple active and passive channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals).
- Conduct screening and skills assessment, qualify candidates and provide recommendations to the hiring manager (mostly for Customer Support and Business Development positions).
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates, ensuring a world-class candidate experience.
- Maintaining recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress, and ensuring that all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.
What you need to succeed:
- Prior experience at least of 1 year in a similar role.
- Understanding of the recruitment process, including finding, evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and concluding the hiring process.
- Detail-oriented and able to effectively manage candidate data, documents, and schedules.
- Ability to analyse data and evaluate candidates.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong desire to dive deeper and develop in Recruitment.

Working conditions:
Full-time job, office mode
Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm
