HR BP (Global)

We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our team. The mission of the role is to integrate HR initiatives with business strategies, creating a supportive and dynamic workplace culture. Your role will be crucial in driving HR policies that promote employee development, satisfaction, and overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and supportive work environment, and provide expert HR guidance on a variety of employee matters
  • Manage the employee lifecycle by participating in key processes such as onboarding, offboarding, conducting regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and retention strategies, ensuring smooth and effective integration of specialists into the company
  • Address unique and complex HR challenges, working creatively to resolve issues that don’t fit within typical processes
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, maintaining strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, and supporting fairness and transparency
  • Cultivate positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on HR initiatives
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes
  • Organize and conduct internal and external team transfers, ensuring transitions are smooth and aligned with business needs
  • Foster the company’s culture and values by building a supportive atmosphere, reinforcing our core values in daily interactions, and implementing strategies that integrate our core principles into the organization
  • Organize diverse events and activities to promote team collaboration and enhance employee engagement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company
  • Proven experience in implementing HR processes and procedures and driving improvements
  • Strong knowledge of HR metrics, with the ability to interpret data and guide decisions
  • Practical experience in HR policy guidance and a solid understanding of HR standards and best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues
  • Proactive and analytical approach along with empathy and reliability
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
