Chief Commercial Officer
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at accelerating growth and increasing our market share in the CFD and forex trading industry, with a particular focus on entering and growing new markets.
- Lead and manage the sales, business development, and key account management teams, setting ambitious targets, providing leadership, strategic direction, and driving them towards rapid achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and growth within existing accounts, while continually seeking opportunities for new client acquisition.
- Rapidly identify and act on new business and market opportunities, leveraging partnerships, innovative market strategies, and comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to gain an edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to swiftly launch initiatives that support business growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement.
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, utilizing these insights to inform business development strategies and keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, promoting our brand, networking with industry professionals, and establishing new business connections.
- Ensure the business development, sales, and key account management teams have a thorough understanding of our products, services, and unique value propositions to effectively engage with potential partners and clients.
- Regularly review and assess the effectiveness of our business development efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve rapid growth objectives.
Requirements
- Advanced English level both verbal and written is must;
- Willingness to work from Cyprus;
- 10 years of experience in commercial top-management roles;
- Successful examples of company and business scaling in the international arena;
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management and customer experience within a technologically driven environment;
- Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive commercial functions;
- Ability to design and implement robust commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives;
- Proficient in discerning customer needs and formulating customer-oriented strategies (B2C);
- Robust data analysis skills to inform decision-making and strategy formulation;
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills;
- Solid understanding of global financial regulations pertinent to Forex trading is a plus;
- MBA or other related post-graduate qualifications are preferred.
