Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
 - Participate in the employee lifecycle process: onboarding, performance reviews, face-to-face meetings, and more to ensure effective integration specialists in the company;
 - Cooperation with the HR team for the planning and implementation of corporate HR initiatives;
 - Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, management, external providers, and partners;
 - Provide accurate and up-to-date HR performance reporting;
 - Develop company culture and values;
 - Organize and conduct internal and external team events;
 - Сonduct market analysis based on the needs of the department.
 
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a product or technology company;
 - Experience in implementing HR processes and procedures;
 - Experience in conducting HR research;
 - Experience with HR standards and best practices;
 - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
 - Upper-Intermediate level of English;
 - Proactivity, openness, self-education, business orientation, negotiation, trustworthiness, empathy and time management skills.
