Key Account Manager Partners (MENA)

We are looking for a Key Account Manager Partners to help expand our network of business partners in the MENA region and play one of  the key roles in our company's growth.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with existing partners, bring in new ones, and help increase their trading activity. Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a portfolio of company partners by acquiring new and growing existing ones
  • Handling partners relationships and coordinate issue resolution
  • Ensuring compliance and adherence to business, regulatory, and brand guidelines
  • Formulation market development strategies, including collaborative initiatives with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, and event teams
  • Participate in related industry and partner events in the form of expos, conventions, training, and seminar sessions (a low to moderate level of short-term travelling may be involved)
  • Retaining existing partners and helping them achieve new levels
  • Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company would be a plus
  • Experience of achieving results on international markets
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Partners
  • Leadership Skills and holistic Business Development vision
  • High level of integrity and dependability
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment
  • Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus
  • Fluent proficiency in English, and Arabic is required
