The Outbound Manager drives the end-to-end fulfillment process from item picking and packing to dispatch and handover to Last Mile and 3PL partners. This strategic leadership role focuses on maximizing daily dispatch throughput, ensuring order accuracy, and achieving strict On-Time Dispatch (OTD) SLAs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Outbound operations leadership: Oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, batching, sorting, packing, shipping, and carrier handover across shifts.
• SLA & KPI performance: Monitor operational metrics such as Pick/Pack SLA, Order Accuracy Rate, Cost per Order (CPO), and Carrier Cut-off compliance.
• Resource & labor planning: Forecast labor requirements and allocate operational resources dynamically to match daily order volumes and promotional peaks (e.g., Black Friday).
• Packaging & quality assurance: Standardize packing protocols and quality checks to reduce transit damage, mis-packs, and order fulfillment errors.
• Process optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/5S) to optimize warehouse workflow, reduce lead times, and enhance productivity.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 4–6 years of progressive operational management experience in high-volume fulfillment centers or express logistics.
• System Knowledge: Expert knowledge of outbound warehouse workflows, automated sorting systems, and WMS platforms.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large floor teams (direct and indirect labor).
• Problem Solving: Data-driven decision-maker with excellent problem-solving ability under pressure.
