Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Team Lead to oversee and enhance the performance of our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will drive strategy, mentor team members, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. This role is crucial for optimizing sales processes and fostering a dynamic team environment.

What you'll be doing :

• Lead and motivate the outbound sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer experience.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes.
