Online Hunter - Jumia (Full Time)

Acquisition Agent - Jumia (Full-Time)
What you will be doing
- Work on the lead generation through different acquisition channels (online and social media seller acquisition)
- Validate the quality of the lead
- Convince seller to go live on Jumia
- Complete acquisition of sellers through the Self-Sign Up form
- Provide all information necessary for the vendor to succeed from Day 1
- Ensure that sellers are admin-ready and are trained on how to grow their business on Jumia
- Ensure new sellers on Jumia learn how to use the necessary tools and information to start working
- Get feedback from our sellers and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
What we are looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, Acquisition, and/or Business Consultant
- Problem solver, perfect written and spoken communication
- Customer obsession
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
- Exceptional listening, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and follow through while paying strict attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree required
