
Key Account Manager - Jumia Global - Jumia (Full Time)

Jumia Global is the cross-border business of Jumia, mainly working with Chinese vendors. We are looking for someone full time in NG to be the bridge between commercials, operations and logistics teams.
What you will be doing:
Monitoring imports
- Booking delivery pre-alerts based on the capacities of the Warehouse
- Strive to achieve a 100% Accuracy Rate (qty received/qty inbounded)
- Ensure the efficiency of Inbound processes (QCs and processing time)
Handling Inbound Issues
- Ensure all inbound issues (ex: CO excess quantity, wrong content, etc) are properly recorded in the tracker
- Fix all the issues that do not need the involvement of the KAMs or Sellers (Create new COs, change pictures of the product, etc)
- Communicate with KAMs to solve the issues that need their involvement
Perform stock operations in accordance with Inventory, CC and QC reports
- Exit and transfer of old stock for RTV
- Remove items that were inbounded under incorrect references and re-inbound under the correct ones
- Remove from stock any items spotted as counterfeit or prohibited
Ensure adherence to the RTV process
- Check that defective items are included in the RTV process
- Ensure that the Aftersales waits for a period of 21 days before proceeding to forfeit the items
- Rectify the mistakes if items are forfeited before the 21-day deadline
Participate in improving the seller and customer experience
- Assist CXP & VXP in handling customer/seller queries related to JG
- Pro-actively improve the content of the skus
What we are looking for:
- Experience working in Jumia Supply Chain teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Attention to Detail
- Excel proficiency
- Proactive mindset and willingness to solve problems
