VRM Associate - Full Time

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the development and growth of sellers on the Marketplace.
• Resolve problems encountered by sellers throughout their time on Jumia.
• Promote engagement through clear and precise processes.
• Convince seller to go live on Jumia
• Complete acquisition of sellers through the Self-Sign Up form
• Ensure that sellers are admin ready and are trained on how to grow their business on Jumia
• Ensure new sellers on Jumia learn how to use the necessary tools and information to start working
• Get feedback from our sellers and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvement
