EG - Head of VXP - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing

● Interacting with Jumia central top management to align on roadmap/budget/strategic
projects
● Interacting with the Country’s Managing Director & COO to explain the forecasted
changes, collect their feedback, and get their full collaboration
● Interacting with other central & local teams (logistics & warehousing, IT, commercial,
customer experience, marketing) to explain the forecasted projects & get support as
many of the VXP projects are transversal.
● Managing a team composed of several sub-teams with different sets of objectives, KPIs,
and projects

● Being the key stakeholder for all the vendor support-related product developments in
Sprinklr.
● Being one of the key stakeholders in the development roadmap to ensure the product is
always developed to maximize the vendor experience
● Being consulted on development influencing vendor experience (commercial
management, warehousing & logistics…)
● Ensuring we offer a best-in-class vendor support through the achievement of strong
vendor support performance
● Interacting with other country Heads of VXP on a regular basis to ensure we reach and
sustain the vendor satisfaction targets
● Collecting detailed feedback from vendors & local teams
● Based on this feedback on Jumia's mission/vision and on benchmarks with other
marketplace ecommerce websites to identify VXP successes & best practices, building a● Based on this vision, prioritizing (with a cost/impact pragmatic approach) and defining
the detailed roadmap of projects to be led and related requested resources
● Maintaining high-quality standards at vendor hubs and in vendor support by analyzing
vendor satisfaction survey results
● Owning the VXP roadmap, implementing projects and releases (e.g., Sprinklr
integrations, Vendor Center Enhancement, automated operational triggers), setting
project priorities, and KPIs.
● Planning and executing major commercial campaigns from a vendor experience &
operational perspective
● Cultivating cross-functional relationships across departments in order to ensure optimal
execution, in particular with Customer Experience and Finance

What we are looking for


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with online platforms, CRMs, and eCommerce tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
