What you will be doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and acquire and retain customers across all channels.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and priorities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and media opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.



What we are looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and change, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
