Finance Operations Agent - Full Time

What you will be doing:

As part of the Finance Operations team you will be expected to:

• Monitor & steer cash reconciliation operations (own-fleet, 3PLs and PSPs)
• Record and reconcile collection partners remittances
• Control over collection partners balances
• Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems
• Monitor & steer marketplace vendor management operations
• Ensure smooth and timely payment cycles, crucial to our vendor satisfaction
• Control over marketplace vendor balances
• Investigate and resolve divergences/billing problems
• Vendor onboarding review & validation
• Lead an effective reconciliation of partners balance between Operations systems and Accounting systems
• Act as a communication liaison between our partners, operations, and accounting.
• Continually look at ways to improve the vendor experience and earn the trust of our partners thereby building long-lasting relationships.
• Development of ad-hoc projects based on business needs.
