AdOps Specialist- Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing

  • Ensure timely execution and deployment of all advertisements on the app and website.

  • Plan and schedule Ad placements to maximize visibility and effectiveness.

  • Collect brand offers and communicate them to the design team for Ad creatives.

  • Coordinate Ad launch timelines with the Onsite team to ensure seamless execution.

  • Set up and manage campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads Manager.

  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports to measure key metrics and effectiveness.

  • Create and optimize push notification campaigns through CRM Tool to drive user engagement and conversions.

  • Execute and manage Sponsored Product campaigns through Mabaya Dashboard within the app and website to enhance product visibility and sales.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or performance advertising.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams..

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance based on insights.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and a passion for digital marketing.
