3PL Associate - Jumia (Full Time)

What you will be doing:

• Follow up day to day operations of 3PL Partners and ensure 100% compliance,
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly progress reports,
• Prospect and lead the lead generation of potential 3PL Partners (D2D & PUS),
• Track and maintain feedback of the 3PL Partners experience and performance and participate to Action Plans / Issue resolution implementation,
• Participate to the onboarding rollout of new 3PL Partners.

 

What we are looking for:

• 2-3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment with a strong focus on logistics or alternatives supply chain
• Clear understanding of Transportation Logistics network management, Retail or Customer Service processes and priorities
• You are highly goal driven, use project management skills and work well in fast paced environments.
• Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred. Excel skills required
• Experience in complex network management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Flexible to work with people from different backgrounds
