What you will be doing

  • Implement, monitor, and optimize daily CRM campaigns that align with the commercial plan.
  •  Develop and refine customer journey flows to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  •  Perform daily analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Create customer segmentation models to accurately target audiences and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Track customer behavior trends, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer-centric initiatives driving business growth.
  • Utilize data visualization tools, including MoEngage, Analytics, BI platforms, and Power BI, to present insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, assessing the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  •  Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback and sentiment to uncover areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage an A/B testing strategy to optimize campaign performance and overall customer experience.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  •  Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams.
  •  Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
