The VAS Manager is responsible for driving monetization growth via Sponsored Products and other value-added services across the Marketplace seller base. Leading a team of three outbound agents, the VAS Manager activates commercial battles, increases seller advertising spend, and ensures strong revenue contribution and key KPI improvement from sponsored solutions.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 outbound agents, setting spend growth and revenue targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality sales pitches.
- Define and execute strategies to grow Sponsored Products adoption and seller advertising spend, proactively managing campaigns and aligning with commercial priorities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (spend growth, adoption rate, ROI, conversion rate), provide regular reporting, and recommend/implement data-driven optimizations.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in monetization, advertising sales, or commercial roles, with prior telesales/outbound team management; e-commerce/marketplace experience is a strong plus.
- Strong sales, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Arabic and French; English is a strong “plus”.
- Commercially driven, persuasive communicator, and able to manage ambitious targets under pressure.
