What you will be doing:

Efficient management of your workforce:

Administrative management of its agency
Safe monitoring and agency work
Training and integration of new officers
Flexibility and adaptability.

Implementation and monitoring of new project/ operational process
Management of the associated operational hub and compliance with SLAs
Management and management of teams and logistics equipment
Package Search
Shipping and delivery of packages to logistics partners

What we are looking for:

2 years experience in a similar position
Microsoft office package domain
Taste for information systems
Able to work in a demanding work environment
Leadership and management skills
Pedagogy and support for teams
Strong relay between officers and management
Excellent interpersonal & listening skills, diplomacy
Ability to lead projects
