What you will be doing:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive offline sales channels, including retail stores, events, pop-up shops, and other offline marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate offline sales strategies with overall marketing and business objectives, ensuring alignment and consistency across channels.

Retail Store Management:

  • Oversee the management and operations of retail stores, including store design, layout, merchandising, staffing, inventory management, and customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales performance in retail stores.

Event Planning and Management:

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, and other offline marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of events, including venue selection, booth setup, logistics, and attendee engagement.

Promotional Campaigns:

  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive offline sales, including in-store promotions, product demonstrations, sampling programs, and customer loyalty programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, evaluate ROI, and optimize strategies to maximize effectiveness and impact.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, event organizers, and other stakeholders to expand reach, increase distribution channels, and drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and pricing structures to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization and its partners.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets for offline marketing initiatives, including retail store operations, event marketing, promotional campaigns, and partnerships.
  • Monitor budget utilization, track expenses, and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging creativity, initiative, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  •  years of experience in marketing, sales, retail management, or related roles, with a proven track record of driving offline sales channels and initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective offline sales strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other offline marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and customer experience best practices.
  • Budget management experience, with the ability to develop and manage budgets for offline marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
