What you will be doing: 

  • Develop strong working relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and change management.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Lead the performance management process for assigned business units, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, and develop and implement strategies to drive a positive employee experience.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs, initiatives, and solutions that align with business needs and support organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a culture of fairness and respect.
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, workforce planning, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for continuous improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance HR programs and processes.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and drive innovation in HR practices.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  •  years of progressive HR experience, with at least [X] years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to apply them effectively in a business context.
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR projects and initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information.
